Such request must be received no later than six days prior to the date of the Shareholders&#8217; Meeting. Registered shares can take 2 forms:<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\u2022 &#8220;Administered registered shares&#8221;: the account management is entrusted to the financial intermediary. This service is billed by the financial intermediary,<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\u2022 &#8220;Pure registered shares&#8221;: the shares are directly and solely recorded in the records of the issuing company.
